The Miami Hospitality Design Project is situated on the intersection of Collins Avenue and 21st Street in South Beach. The Hotel lies between the Setai Resort and the W Hotel Miami. The goal was to create varying layers of exclusiveness within the resort. Vertical disconnects separate guests from the general public as well as separating the more exclusive clientele from more ordinary hotel guests. This highlighted by the creation of suites that had views of the beach and the Miami skyline (shown in the diagrams below).
